The Mental Health System Reform Scholarship Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you are interested in applying for the Mental Health Reform System Scholarship, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

The applicant must fully satisfy the eligibility requirements described in the 2023-2024 Mental Health System Reform Scholarship page.
They must email the completed application requirements listed by the application deadline on February 28th, 2024, including a professional resumé, a 750-1,000 word essay answering the scholarship prompt, and a transcript from their current school. High school students must submit proof of acceptance to a college or university for the upcoming school year.

The 2023-2024 Mental Health Reform Scholarship is available to students who are currently high school seniors or college students who legally reside within the United States in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. The applicant must also be enrolled in a two to five-year post-secondary institution for the 2024 fall semester.
Employees of Dayne Phillips, as well as those immediately related to employees of Dayne Phillips such as parents, children, siblings, spouses, etc., including those who live in the same house of previously mentioned individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to receive the 2023 Mental Health Reform Scholarship.
In order to qualify for the Mental Health Reform System Scholarship, applicants should maintain a 3.0 GPA with good academic standing at their university.

Dayne Phillips will not sell, share, distribute or use any information received in the application process with outside sources for any purpose other than selecting a winner without written consent.
Dayne Phillips maintains the right to publish the name, photo, and essay of the scholarship winner on any of their media forms, including but not limited to their website, social media platforms, and press releases.
